I need assistance with which trailer part I need?
Best way to find out which part you need is to speak with one of our trailer experts who will work out what is required and ensure you get the correct parts. You can contact your nearest Sunrise store here.

How do I make an order?
You can make an order in store, via email, online or over the phone during our business hours. Please see your specific branch hours on our contact page.

What are the payment options available?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfer. We can also take card payments over the phone.

How do I check if an item is in stock?
You can check whether an item is in stock through the website by going to the specific product page. Otherwise you can call your nearest branch and a team member will check for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been placed we typically pack orders within one to two business days then it gets booked with a courier. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

Can I use my own choice of courier for delivery?
Yes, provided that you have your courier account number, we are able to deliver your order through the courier of your preference.

A part which I need isn't listed online, can you order it for me?
We are always expanding our range of parts and accessories. Our special orders team will try their best to order the part you need or offer an alternative. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will aim to amend or cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent already.
