How do I make a warranty claim?

How long is the warranty period?
Sunrise offers 12 months warranty for domestic sales and 6 months for commercial sales.

What resolution will I receive?
If your claim is approved the resolution you receive will depend on whether the fault is minor or major. Sunrise will determine whether the issue with the product is a minor or major problem. If it’s deemed minor, a free repair will be offered. If it’s deemed a major problem, then you may receive a replacement or refund.
