I haven't received my item.
Please check your email to obtain your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. If it has passed the estimated arrival date, please submit a shipping enquiry by clicking here.

When will my item be shipped?
Once your order is placed goods are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has left our warehouse.

Do you offer combined discount postage for multiple items?
Yes, combined postage is automatically provided at checkout , simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart and you will automatically receive the best freight price.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer Australia Post express shipping, TNT overnight express shipping and local same day courier.

Do you offer free shipping?
No, you will receive a shipping quote at checkout. You will automatically receive the best price depending on your shipping location.

Which couriers do you use?
We work with multiple courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. These include but are not limited to, Australia Post, TNT Express, Couriers Please, Border Express, Sendle and Aramex. The type of courier used is automatically selected based on size, weight, and delivery location.Â

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
For small items our team can deliver to PO boxes and parcels lockers. However please avoid providing a PO-Box or parcel locker if possible, especially for large and bulky items as this will delay the dispatch/delivery of your item. Please provide physical street/home/work address. The team will contact you if any issues arise.

Can you deliver bulky freight to my home?
Due to constraints with courier options, we require customers to provide us with a business/commercial address for bulky/pallet freight. The customer will also need a forklift or other unloading capacity on site.
If you would like us to send bulky or pallet items to a residential address, please contact our team for assistance. Please note there are additional surcharges for residential address deliveries.

Can I change my address after placing an order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact our team asap and we will do our best to change the delivery location if the item has not been sent yet. Once the items have left our warehouse we are unable to change the delivery address.
