A specially ordered item is not kept in regular stock. We order it from our supplier specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed.

How long will it take to ship a special order item?
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and product availability. We’ll provide an estimated dispatch timeframe after the order is placed. Typically the order maybe be shipping in 1-3 business days, but this can be longer if it takes time to get the stock in.
