Description
The Austlift confined space spreader bar is designed for raising and lowering personnel during rescue operations. It is used in conjunction with a harness and includes wrist loops to secure the casualty’s arms during vertical movement. Constructed from 44mm polyester webbing with adjustable buckles, the bar features steel snap hooks on each side for attachment to harness shoulder loops and an alloy steel D-ring for connection to a retrieval block. Certified to AS/NZS 1891.1 and ANSI Z359.12-2009, each snap hook offers a gate strength of 16kN, 20mm gate opening, and 23kN minimum breaking strength.
