Description
The G100 Shortening Clutch Clevis Type Safety Pin Yoke is designed for secure and precise chain sling adjustments, ensuring full load retention while allowing controlled shortening. Manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel, it offers at least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 components, making it ideal for high-strength lifting applications.
Certified in accordance with EN 1677-1 and ASME B30.26, this shortening clutch undergoes proof load testing at 2.5× WLL, ensuring safety and reliability. With a design factor of 4:1, it is fatigue rated for 20,000 cycles at 1.5× WLL and undergoes Magnaflux crack detection on each batch, guaranteeing high durability. Featuring a locking system and spring-locking pin design, this component enhances security, preventing chain disengagement during operations.
