    The Austlift Dymond Round Sling 80T is designed using HMPE (high-performance polyethylene yarn), offering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio compared to conventional polyester slings. Engineered for ease of handling, it provides up to 37.5% reduction in sleeve width and significant weight savings—making movement and hook engagement far more efficient. For instance, while a standard 50T sling may have a width of 240mm and weigh 99kg, Dymond achieves superior load ratings with just 150mm width and 63kg mass.

    A 100% polyester tubular sleeve provides non-load-bearing wear protection, while each sling is proof tested to 2× WLL and conforms fully to AS 4497.1. The protective label is secured beneath the sleeve, and each unit is individually serial numbered and supplied with its own test certificate—ensuring full traceability and compliance for critical lifting applications.
