Load-rated components are 100% magnaflux crack detected and individually traceable to test certification, providing full safety assurance. The metric-thread bolts allow for secure installation, while the unit is proof tested to 2.5 times the WLL and fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times WLL, complying with ASME B30.26 safety requirements. The quick and simple assembly requires only a tapped hole, making it highly adaptable for industrial applications.
