Description

The Sunrise American Style brake caliper part number HBCGUS, is a direct replacement for the Kodiak 225 and Deemaxx Brands, it is built from dacromet-coated cast iron for corrosion resistance and fits discs from 19mm to 24mm thick. It comes complete with premium brake pads, stainless slide pins, and brass components for durability. Often used on American-imported trailers, it requires flushing old brake fluid from the system before installation. The caliper is compatible with both Dot 3 and Dot 4 brake fluids, with Dot 4 recommended for its superior moisture resistance. The included heavy-duty brake pads are designed to handle high temperatures during extended braking, reducing the risk of brake fade. Mounting Hole Centres 147mm.
